Neo Cortex's Castle and the Toxic Tunnels concept art for Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time.

Very late in posting these here but here are a few concepts that I worked on for the Toxic Tunnels level which was assigned to me while working on Crash 4. The level starts out in green, toxic tunnel chamber which slowly transitions into a hot lava environment at the end where you enter into the bottom of Neo Cortex's castle. I had not touched an environment concept for years and years since most of my work is character concept related. This was intimidating but a wonderful challenge to take on at the time and my confidence with environment concept has improved greatly although I still have a lot to learn. I was super grateful for the opportunity to work on this title with so many great artists.
